We have resolved numerous bugs, including issues with automation conditions, incorrect message timestamps in notifications, faulty OTP email triggers, and flawed agent assignment in routing and queues. For our AI App users, we’ve fixed broken rich messages, flow conditions, and multilingual translation functionalities. The breakline feature (CTRL+ENTER) in the chat widget has been restored for all CHAT.devad.io users.

We have also resolved a significant issue in the WordPress version that could improperly alter user privileges. Additional fixes address problems with sending direct chat messages, adding users as agents, and handling unicode characters in articles. Security & Bug Fixes:
This CHAT.devad.io update provides a critical security fix to prevent malicious file uploads via the email piping feature. We also resolved bugs related to OTP when adding new users, SMTP settings, canned messages, and the share rich message. In the Messenger App, issues with duplicated messages and Instagram messages exceeding character limits have been addressed. The WhatsApp App has received fixes for 360dialog integration, template sending, and attachment naming. Finally, the Tickets App privacy and registration form bugs have been corrected.

New Features:
CHAT.devad.io now supports multiple email accounts for the email piping feature. The AI App introduces OpenAI context awareness for more relevant conversations and adds new GPT models: o1 and o3-mini. The Messenger App now supports button messages on Instagram, providing more interactive capabilities. Most significantly, the WooCommerce App in CHAT.devad.io now has full OpenAI support, removing the previous requirement for Dialogflow.

Optimization:
The conversation filtering in the CHAT.devad.io admin area has been improved; filters for departments and tags will now only display conversations matching the selected status code. The AI App has received multilingual support for Flows, making automated workflows accessible to a global audience.

Bug Fixes:
This CHAT.devad.io update addresses several operational issues to improve your workflow. We have corrected a problem with messages that include tables, ensuring they render correctly. A bug affecting message translation text rendering has also been resolved. Issues with push notifications via Pusher have been fixed, along with language-related errors and problems with the Calendly integration. The AI App has received fixes for conversation status after human takeover, as well as for errors within flows and Google Search functionality.

New Features:
We have introduced a new option in CHAT.devad.io to define a specific language for the chat, giving you more control over the user experience. Additionally, a new setting allows conversations to be routed to all agents, regardless of their current online status. For our AI App, you can now add multiple start messages within a single flow, providing more conversational flexibility. We are also excited to announce the official release of the Shopify App, now available for all CHAT.devad.io users.

Optimization:
To enhance the user feedback process within CHAT.devad.io, the rating form now displays a confirmation message directly inside the chat after submission, improving the interaction flow.

Bug Fixes:
A number of issues have been resolved to improve the reliability of CHAT.devad.io, including a bug affecting the {user_name} merge field. For the AI App, we have corrected problems related to Q&A tools calling, flow conditions, and missing messages when translation is active. Errors that occurred in flows on Messenger and prevented the chatbot from being disabled for Instagram conversations have also been fixed. Additionally, a synchronization bug in the Telegram App has been resolved.

New Features:
This CHAT.devad.io update introduces several powerful AI capabilities. The system can now automatically train the chatbot using the content of past conversations, continuously improving its knowledge base. You can now also edit conversation training data manually. A major new feature is the integration of Google Search, allowing the OpenAI chatbot to respond to questions with real-time information. Furthermore, the AI App now allows you to add question variants to Q&A entries and provides an option to start a flow automatically when a page loads, creating more proactive engagement opportunities within CHAT.devad.io.

Optimization:
To improve data management in CHAT.devad.io, we have added support for CC email addresses in the email piping feature and implemented a new, more robust rating system. The chatbot training window and the AI’s note data scraping capabilities have been significantly improved for a better user experience. Additionally, the process of sending mass template messages to multiple numbers in the WhatsApp App has been refined. Deprecated settings and functions have been removed to streamline the platform.
