This is a great step toward integrating the native WhatsApp Business API.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"\" class=\"epcl-shortcode epcl-button large primary-style orange\" target=\"_blank\" ><\/a>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting-up-your-360dialog-account\">Setting Up Your 360dialog Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have a WhatsApp Business Account yet, don&#8217;t worry. The process is straightforward. You&#8217;ll need to sign up<br>for a 360dialog account and then add your phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can follow the embedded signup process here: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/docs\/account-setup\/creating-new-waba\/embedded-signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">360dialog Embedded Signup Guide<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"epcl-shortcode epcl-box error\"><span class=\"epcl-icon\">\u274c<\/span><div class=\"epcl-box-content\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> Please make sure your Hosting Platform<br \/>\nType is set to &#8220;Cloud API hosted by Meta&#8221; in your 360dialog phone number settings. If it&#8217;s not, you must change it.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/docs\/account-setup\/hosting-type-change\" target=\"_blank\">Click here for<br \/>\ninstructions on how to change it.<\/a><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"using-a-number-already-on-whatsapp-business-app\">Using a Number Already on WhatsApp Business App?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You might want to use a phone number that you are currently using on your Android or iPhone WhatsApp Business App. That<br>is perfectly fine, but there is a catch. You must delete the account from the mobile app first.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"epcl-shortcode epcl-box error\"><span class=\"epcl-icon\">\u274c<\/span><div class=\"epcl-box-content\"><strong>Warning:<\/strong> Deleting your account from the WhatsApp<br \/>\nBusiness App will erase your chat history. This process does not transfer or save your old messages.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to delete your account:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your WhatsApp Business App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on <strong>Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Delete my account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the deletion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"migrating-from-another-provider\">Migrating from Another Provider?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are already using the WhatsApp Business API with a different provider (like Twilio) and want to switch to<br>360dialog, you will need to perform a migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer to this guide for migration steps: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/docs\/account-setup\/migrating-phone-numbers\/migrate-number-from-meta-or-alternate-bsp-to-360dialog-cloud-api\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Migrate to 360dialog<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"connecting-360dialog-to-chat-devad-io\">Connecting 360dialog to Chat.devad.io<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your number is ready and your 360dialog account is set up, it&#8217;s time to connect it to Chat.devad.io.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your <strong>360dialog Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>Left Menu<\/strong> > <strong>WhatsApp Accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate your <strong>API Key<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the API Key.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to your <strong>Chat.devad.io<\/strong> dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings > WhatsApp > 360dialog settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste your API Key.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Synchronize now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"epcl-shortcode epcl-box success\"><span class=\"epcl-icon\">\u2714\ufe0f<\/span><div class=\"epcl-box-content\"><strong>Success!<\/strong> Your system should now be connected.<br \/>\nMessages sent to your WhatsApp number will appear in Chat.devad.io, and you can reply directly from<br \/>\nthere.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"epcl-shortcode epcl-box notice\"><span class=\"epcl-icon\">\ud83d\udcaa<\/span><div class=\"epcl-box-content\"><strong>Testing with Sandbox:<\/strong> You can also use a free<br \/>\nsandbox account for testing purposes. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/whatsapp-api\/whatsapp-api\/sandbox\"\n        target=\"_blank\">Learn more about the sandbox here.<\/a> Note that the sandbox has limitations, such as no media<br \/>\nattachments.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting-up-message-templates\">Setting Up Message Templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To start a conversation with a user who hasn&#8217;t messaged you in the last 24 hours, you must use a Template Message.<br><strong>Where to find your template details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Namespace:<\/strong> Go to <em>Left menu > WhatsApp accounts > Details<\/em> in 360dialog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Template Name:<\/strong> Look in your 360dialog templates area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Language:<\/strong> Look in your 360dialog templates area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"custom-parameters\">Custom Parameters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your template uses dynamic variables (like a customer&#8217;s name), you can define them in the <strong>Custom parameters<\/strong> field in Chat.devad.io. Separate multiple values with commas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use these merge fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><code>{recipient_name}<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>{recipient_email}<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"epcl-shortcode epcl-box information\"><span class=\"epcl-icon\">\ud83d\udca1<\/span><div class=\"epcl-box-content\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The order matters!
