Anything longer will be truncated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can I see historical messages?<\/strong> No, the integration only synchronizes <strong>new messages<\/strong> sent after the connection is established.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How are users identified?<\/strong> When someone messages you, they are created as a &#8220;Lead.&#8221; You will be able to see their profile name and picture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What about Facebook wall posts?<\/strong> Only <strong>private messages<\/strong> and direct comments appear in your inbox; posts made by users on your Facebook wall are not imported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Are rich messages modified?<\/strong> <strong>CHAT App<\/strong> converts its rich messages to Facebook\/Instagram formats where possible.
