Devad.io Connect Discord Webhook to Devad POST Create a Discord webhook, connect it to Devad POST, and publish workspace messages safely. ## What this channel does - Discord Webhook uses a tenant webhook URL, so your workspace controls the credential. - Only superadmin-enabled and plan-allowed channels appear to tenants in POST. ## Before you start - A Discord server channel where you can manage webhooks. - A Devad POST plan that includes Discord Webhook. - A webhook URL copied directly from Discord. ## Connect in Devad POST - Open `/workspaces/apps/post/channels` and choose Discord Webhook. - Webhook URL: paste the Discord webhook URL. - Name: optional display name for the connected channel. - Save the connection and confirm the channel appears as connected. ## Publish with this channel - Select the connected Discord channel in the POST composer. - Use short text and an optional image. Video files are not sent by the first webhook implementation. - Queue, schedule, or publish from the normal POST workflow. ## Common fixes - Invalid webhook URL: copy the full URL from Discord channel settings. - 403 or 404: the webhook was deleted or the bot no longer has channel access. ## Security notes - Never paste tokens, webhooks, passwords, or API keys into tickets, screenshots, public docs, or AI prompts. - Use a credential dedicated to Devad POST and revoke it if access changes. - Use HTTPS endpoints only.
