This policy is designed to give you peace of mind. You can sign up, explore the full features of the Services or Apps (post.devad.io, chat.devad.io, and others), and decide if we are the right partner for you.
If you decide Devad.io isn’t for you within those first 15 days, we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

Do I need to provide a reason for the refund?
No. While we always appreciate feedback on how we can improve, you are not required to provide a reason. If it’s not a fit, simply let us know, and we will process the refund.
How long does it take to receive my money back?
We process refund requests immediately on our end. However, depending on your bank or credit card provider (and our payment processors like Stripe/Paddle), it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back on your statement.
What happens to my account after a refund?
Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to our Free plan (if available) or deactivated, and access to premium features will be removed. If you have scheduled posts or active automations that require a paid plan, they will be paused.
Can I get a refund after 15 days?
Our refund window is strictly 15 days. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the refund window has passed, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current term.
Does this apply to annual plans?
