CHAT devad.io offers three billing periods: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime. Each plan includes the same full product — what changes is message capacity, agent seats, and AI training size. No hidden fees.
What is the Lifetime plan?
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you permanent access to the platform. You pay once, set and forget. Lifetime pricing is based on fair usage and product version and its own lifetime.
How do I choose between monthly, annual, and lifetime?
Monthly is best when you are testing the workflow. Annual saves roughly 50% compared to monthly billing. Lifetime is the best value if you plan to use the platform long-term — pay once, set and forget.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a monthly or annual plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 30 days.
Do unused messages carry over to the next month?
No. Message credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits do not roll over. This keeps pricing predictable and fair across all customers.
What happens if I need more messages than my plan allows?

Can I connect multiple Facebook and Instagram accounts?
Yes. You can connect multiple Facebook pages and Instagram profiles. All messages flow into your unified inbox alongside WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
Is there a risk of getting banned on WhatsApp?

What is the 24-hour session rule?
