Data Deletion

Devad users can request deletion of personal data connected to Devad.io, POST, CHAT, SITE, and AI app workflows. This page explains how to request deletion and what remains only when required for security, legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, or backup obligations.

Request data deletion

Send the request from your account email and include the workspace or app name so support can verify ownership.

What you can request

  • Delete your Devad account profile and workspace personal data where deletion is legally allowed.
  • Remove uploaded content, scheduled posts, connected-account tokens, contact records, and support conversation data tied to your account.
  • Disconnect social, messaging, and app integrations that were authorized through Devad services.

How to submit a request

  • Email [email protected] from the email address used for your Devad account.
  • Include the app or workspace involved, such as POST, CHAT, SITE, AI, or Devad.io.
  • Describe whether you want account deletion, workspace deletion, connected-account removal, or a specific data category removed.

Verification and timing

  • Devad may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a deletion request.
  • Deletion requests are reviewed as early as possible and normally completed within 30 days where no legal hold or billing obligation prevents deletion.
  • Closed account data is hard-deleted within 90 days except where retention is required for tax, fraud-prevention, backup, security, or legal reasons.

Limits and third parties

  • Deleting Devad data does not automatically delete content already published to social networks, messaging providers, search engines, or third-party platforms.
  • Some logs, invoices, security events, and abuse-prevention records may be retained for a limited period when required.
  • You may also need to remove app permissions directly from connected third-party platforms.
