Connect Medium Post to Devad POST

Connect Medium article publishing with an integration token when Medium API access is available.

What this channel does

  • Medium Post uses a tenant Medium integration token, so your workspace controls the credential.
  • Only superadmin-enabled and plan-allowed channels appear to tenants in POST.

Before you start

  • A Medium integration token from an account where this is still available.
  • Optional author ID if you already know it.
  • A POST plan that includes Medium Post.

Connect in Devad POST

  • Open `/workspaces/apps/post/channels` and choose Medium Post.
  • Integration token: paste the token.
  • Author ID: optional; Devad can ask Medium for the authenticated user ID.
  • Name: optional display label.
  • Save the connection and confirm the channel appears as connected.

Publish with this channel

  • Select the Medium channel.
  • Set title, tags, and publish status.
  • Use draft first if you need review before public publishing.

Common fixes

  • Medium API unavailable: Medium may restrict integration tokens on some accounts.
  • 401: create or confirm the integration token.

Security notes

  • Never paste tokens, webhooks, passwords, or API keys into tickets, screenshots, public docs, or AI prompts.
  • Use a credential dedicated to Devad POST and revoke it if access changes.
  • Use HTTPS endpoints only.
